Task board
Findings become tasks. Tasks get closed.
Most audit tools hand you a PDF that goes stale the day it's exported. Horavo's findings land on a board — rated, filterable, assignable — and each task carries everything needed to fix it: the evidence, a recipe, and often a ready-made draft.
Work it like a backlog, because it is one.
Every finding is a card with its impact, difficulty, and the run it first appeared in. Filter to the high-impact easy wins, assign what needs a developer, and move through the rest with keyboard shortcuts.

Sample data · one row per store and fingerprint, so re-audits never duplicate.
- 1. Shopify admin → Online Store → Preferences, or per page under “Search engine listing”.
- 2. Paste the approved draft — 150–160 characters, names the product and the offer.
- 3. Re-audit; the run verifies the check and closes the task.
Every task carries its own instructions.
Each check id has a recipe: the admin click-path, the Liquid snippet or the API mutation that fixes it, an effort estimate, and the check that verifies it. Specific enough to hand to whoever does the work — a teammate, a freelancer, or an AI agent.
The missing content, already written.
Content-gap findings — a missing meta description, empty alt text, no FAQ — come with an AI draft you review and approve. Batch-draft everything missing, then export it Shopify-ready as CSV, JSON or Markdown with import instructions.
- SEO titles and meta descriptions
- Image alt text
- FAQ content with JSON-LD
- llms.txt
- Policy page skeletons
- Contact page copy
Nothing publishes itself — you approve every draft.
Everything the board does
- Status columns: to do, in progress, done, dismissed
- Filters by category, impact, difficulty, assignee and search
- Bulk actions and keyboard shortcuts for working through a backlog
- A task drawer with the evidence, the fix recipe, drafts and a timeline
- Snooze tasks; dismissed ones stay out of the way but on record
- CSV export of the board
- One task per store and fingerprint — re-audits update, never duplicate
- “Verified fixed” when the next run stops finding the issue
Turn your audit into a to-do list.
One run fills the board. Every run after that shrinks it — and proves it.
